Feature Races

There’ll be over $1 million in racing prize money to be won including $500,000 for the Group 1 Sky Racing Winter Stakes, the highest rated fillies and mares race in Queensland. Other feature races include the Carlton Draught Tattersall's Cup - Group 3 (2200m), W.J. Healy Stakes - Group 3 (1200m), Centenary Classic Open Mile - Listed (1600m) and Australia Post Stakes - Listed (1400m)

What's On

• For stylish race-goers, the traditional Fashions on the Field competition will offer fantastic prizes including a trip for two to the Hong Kong valued at over $6,000. Provided by Travel Associates.
• Families are encouraged to bring the kids for a great day’s entertainment including Pony rides, Face Painting, Crocodile Slide Castle, Rock Climbing and Bungee. Children’s activities are FREE and will be operating from 11am - 4pm.

• The Leukaemia Foundation of Queensland is proud to once again be a beneficiary of the Tattersall’s Racing Club Winter Stakes Race Day. Ten News at Five Weather Presenter, Amanda McLeay, is on board as the new face of the ever-popular Leukaemia Foundation’s Pin & Win competition.

  Punters on the day can enter the Pin & Win competition by buying a $5 pin which will put them on the draw to win a trip for two to the 2010 Melbourne Cup including return airfares, 2 nights’ accommodation and entry into Flemington racecourse provided by Total Sports Travel.
