The Health Centre is equipped with Free and Pin Loaded Weight Machines, Cybex treadmills, electronic bikes, rowing machines, cross trainers and boxing equipment.

An individual exercise program and fitness test is provided on initial consultation to help Members to achieve their goals.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 5.30am to 8.00pm, Saturday 7.00am to 1.00pm and Sunday 8.00am to 1.00pm.

Total Body Workout

Tuesday mornings 6:30- 7:30am

Friday mornings 6:30 - 7:30am

Comfortable clothing required

All equipment will be provided.

Core Fitness
Every Wednesday lunchtime 12:30pm. Thursday mornings at 6:30am. Meet at the gym reception 5 min prior to class.

All mats and towels provided.

Swim Squad

Every Monday and Thursday at 12pm. Our qualified coach will take you through the levels from stroke correction, technique, through to programming.
